CHAPTER – II • ARTICLE 3

The Constitution of the Bihar Football Association sets forth the foundational principles that direct every administrative action, youth development program, and official competition across the State.

Adopted as the guiding statutory compass, Article 3 (Objectives) articulates the association's solemn obligation to utilize football not merely as a sport, but as a transformative instrument for character-building, societal health, anti-substance abuse advocacy, and athletic distinction under the auspices of the All India Football Federation (AIFF).

"To promote, encourage and develop the game of football in the State, and to achieve this, the BFA shall actively involve and encourage the participation of the Youth from all over the State through its agencies of Sub-division and district football/sports Associations and sports-football clubs."
