“The name of the Association is the “Bihar Football Association” (BFA) which is in existence since 1968 The registered office shall be at Patna. The Bihar Football Association shall have jurisdiction throughout the State of Bihar. Is duly affiliated with All Indian Football Federation (AIFF) and Bihar Olympic Association (B.O.A). All actions/decision taken by BFA since its inception (1968) shall be deemed to have been taken in accordance with the provisions of the constitution.”
